We've teamed up with Sustainable NE Seattle to celebrate Solarize NE with a Solar Cookout on July 8th at Hunter Farms Gathering Place (7744 35th Ave NE) -- and you're invited!  The Solar Cookout will provide a variety of solar-friendly activities for the whole family, and everyone is welcome -- whether you volunteered, attended a workshop, or installed solar, we want to see you! Feel free to stay the whole time, or drop in whenever is convenient for you:

  • 10:00am-12:00pm: solar cooker building workshop (20 spots only, email SusNESeattle@gmail.com to reserve a spot)
  • 12:00pm-5:30pm: solar cooking, socializing, and music sessions
  • 5:30pm-7:00pm: Solarize NE campaign recognition and solar potluck
